Q1: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Trial orders start at 500 cartons. A full mixed container holds 3,800 cartons. MOQ is not negotiable below 500 cartons — but with mixed loading, you can split it across 2-3 products.
Q2: How long until I receive my goods?
Approximately 2 months total: 15-20 days production + ~7 days export handling + 30-40 days sea freight. We keep no stock — everything is produced fresh for your order.
Q3: How do you guarantee quality?
We physically verify every factory. All products are Halal certified and ISO 22000 compliant. For verified quality issues, we provide replacement in your next order or a credit note — you only deal with us, never with the factory.
Q4: Can I get samples?
Yes. Samples are free; you cover express shipping only (~$50-80 by DHL, 5-7 days). Most clients skip samples and start with a 500-carton trial order.
Q5: Can you do custom branding / private label?
Yes — custom label and branding available for FCL (full container) orders. Our standard export packaging is English-label; French-label packaging is available for francophone markets.
Q6: What payment methods do you accept?
Trial: 100% T/T in advance. FCL: 30% deposit + 70% against B/L copy. Large volumes: irrevocable L/C at sight. All payments go to our official company account against a Proforma Invoice.
Q7: Which countries do you ship to?
Our primary markets: Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, South Africa, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Mauritius — plus francophone markets including Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal, Cameroon, DR Congo, and Madagascar. Other destinations on request.
Q8: Are your products really sugar-free?
Yes — 0 sugar, 0 fat, 0 calories. Sweetness comes naturally from monk fruit (Luo Han Guo), with no sugar substitutes. Suitable for diabetics and halal consumers.

Yes. Beyond beverages, we source hotel supplies, building materials, FMCG, food, apparel and cultural products at container scale. Tell us what you need.
